Question There used to be hair sex in Avatar right?

I swear when I saw Avatar originally, during the sex scene they connected their hair together. My friends remember this happening also. When I saw Avatar last night the hair sex was missing. Did that used to be in the original or did I imagine that? Why would James Cameron remove it? I like James Cameron a lot, but if this is the direction he’s going to take Avatar I don’t know if I can support the sequels.

Question What was the hardest you laughed during a movie?

I watched Everything Everywhere All At Once for the first time last week and I thought I was gonna black out from laughing so hard watching it. Had tears streaming down my face from laughing so hard especially the scene with the dog being used as a lasso. Such a hilarious and unique film it was. Mainly watched it because of all the rave it got and a couple people I know recommended it. Anyway what was the hardest you laughed during a movie?

Article I recently re-watched Underworld: Awakening, the 2012 attempt to revitalise the Underworld franchise, and though not many were fond of it, I found it to be an all-around decent movie, so I thought I'd share my thoughts on it.

Discussion Wayne's World is a brilliant movie.

It is such a classic comedy. I haven't seen it in years, and I watched it recently and I was blown away with how well it holds up after all this time. Really clever jokes scattered throughout all of the funny scenes. I was laughing my ass off the entire time like it was the first time I had ever seen it. Even part 2 has its moments of brilliance. All in all, a solid 9/10.

Recommendation If you're going to the Avatar re-release, don't leave after it ends because there's a sneak peak for The way of water

So, I just came back from Avatar and thoroughly enjoyed rewatching it on the big screen after 13 years.

Shortly after it ended I was surprised to see a clip from the sequel that's around 3 to 4 minutes long and I have to say, it kind of blew my mind at what I was watching.

My brain was confused because I knew what I was seeing didn't exist in real life, but it looked as real as you and me, so I was just in awe of the whole thing.

I'm not sure how they made the water in this one. If it was filmed in a tank and they CGI'd everything around the water or it was all CGI, but the water looked completely real and without going into details, the creature they showed was fantastic as well.

It had volume and weight, you wanted to touch its skin because the textures and the lighting were excellent on it.

If that scene looked so photoreal, I can't imagine how the rest of the film and the sequels are going to be.

They're more than likely going to become the gold standard for CGI and mo-cap going forward.

Anyway, if you've seen the scene in a theater, what did you think of it?

Discussion Favorite actor or actress that is in desperate need for a hit

Once upon a time Will Ferrel was the funniest man in the world. He was unstoppable with his years on SNL and movies like Anchorman and Talladega Nights. And then overnight all his movies were just terrible. From the movie he made with Kevin Hart to Holmes and Watson. Right now I feel he should focus on supporting roles like in the Lego Movie.

Discussion Bullet train does a masterful job at Chekhov's Gun

It use's the water bottle, the names of characters, and more in the film. The snake across the floor, and it keep popping up, loads the gun to fire it, when the snake attacks Hornet, and it's other attacks. I also like how they load different guns in the start of the movie, like carvers name. Then it being revealed he kills White Death's wife, who's men were killed by The Twins. And how the water bottle kept popping up through the movie, being used by different characters, until it was fired. Thoughts below!
